Practical AI for the work you already do.

We learn how your business works, begin with analytics, and later phase operational AI into the workflows your people already use. The offer is the same in every industry: secure, useful, and sized for a Canadian small or mid-sized business. The aim is less time on repetitive work, and more room for human judgment and ideas.

AI readiness assessment

Who it’s for. Owners and operators who need to know where AI will help before they commit money or staff time.

What you get. A map of the workflows your people already use, and a look at both what the business needs to see and which routine tasks an agent might take on later. You get priorities, effort, and a realistic budget. The build starts with analytics.

Outcome. A decision you can act on: what to do first, what to leave alone, and what it should cost.

Workflow automation and AI agents

Who it’s for. Teams that lose the day to triage, dispatch, scheduling, document handling, or customer service.

What you get. At an agreed point, agents take on suitable routine tasks inside the work your people already do. People stay in control of what should not move on its own. Analytics keeps running.

Outcome. Less time on the repetitive handoffs, and more room for the judgment the work still needs.

Custom AI tools

Who it’s for. Businesses that need an assistant shaped by their own processes and knowledge.

What you get. Assistants shaped by your own processes and knowledge, used in the daily work. Access, permissions, and data location are decided before anything goes live.

Outcome. A tool staff use in the daily work.

Managed AI operations

Who it’s for. Businesses that want the system looked after once it is in use, the same way a retained accountant keeps the books in order.

What you get. Ongoing monitoring, tuning, and a point of contact. We watch quality and failures, and we adjust the system as the work changes.

Outcome. AI that stays useful after the build.

Private large language model deployment

Who it’s for. Businesses that want their own large language model, rather than relying only on a general public service.

What Webpath will offer. A private deployment, either in-house on your own premises or as a service Webpath hosts. It is not a self-serve product today. Where it runs, who can use it, and where the data lives are agreed before it goes live.

Outcome. A model your people can use in the work, on terms set with you.

How an engagement works

  1. Assess

We learn the workflows and the goals. The assessment can name both analytics and later operational work.

  2. Build

We begin with analytics. Operational AI is phased in at an agreed point, while analytics continues. The schedule is agreed before the work starts.

  3. Run

Analytics keeps running as we measure the results and keep improving.

You can start with an assessment, or with a single build if the need is already clear. Where a public program may help pay for the project, we help you get funded and do the work. Program rules and deadlines are on the funding page. The agency decides whether funding is approved.

We build on secure, sovereign AI platforms. Keeping sensitive information in Canada is a deployment requirement we agree before launch. It depends on the AI provider, the hosting region, the integrations, and the configuration.
