Approach
A short process, and an agreed place for your data.
We learn the business, deliver something staff can use, and stay to measure it. The aim is less time on repetitive work, and more room for human judgment and ideas. Canadian residency for sensitive information is a design goal we can require in the deployment.
Process
How we work
-
Assess
We look at how your business works, the information it relies on, and the work your people do. The assessment can identify where AI should improve visibility and where agents might later take on routine tasks. You leave with priorities and a realistic budget: what to do first, what to leave alone, and what it should cost.
-
Build
We begin with analytics to understand how the business is performing. As integration progresses, we phase operational AI into the workflows people already use, where those systems allow it, with clear permissions and human oversight. Analytics keeps measuring results while that operational work comes in. The schedule, including when operational work begins, is agreed before the work starts. Access, data location, and which actions need a person’s approval are decided before anything goes live.
-
Run
Analytics and operational AI then run alongside each other, so results can be measured and refined. Managed operations cover monitoring, tuning, and a point of contact as the work changes.
In more depth
How the work unfolds
We begin with analytics to understand how your business is performing. As integration progresses, we phase in operational help, while analytics continues to measure results.
We start by learning your goals and how the work gets done today. That conversation can cover both what you need to see and where routine work might later be assisted. The engagement itself begins with visibility, so there is a baseline. Operational help comes in at a point we agree, alongside the measurement that is already running. People stay in control of decisions that should not move on their own, and we keep improving from the results.
Privacy and security
Canadian residency is agreed, not assumed.
We build on secure, sovereign AI platforms. Whether sensitive information stays in Canada, and whether a foreign jurisdiction can receive it, depends on the AI provider, the hosting region, the integrations, and the configuration we agree before launch. Canadian residency is a design goal and an available requirement for that deployment. It is not automatic, and it does not cover every related system or every copy of the data.
Before a system goes live we agree on four things:
- What data it uses.
- Where that data is stored.
- Who can see it.
- Which decisions and actions stay with a person.
Where the work includes an action in your systems, it happens only within the permissions we agreed, and a person stays responsible for what should not proceed alone. We shape the deployment around those rules, and we keep watching it after launch. Where the work involves personal or confidential information, have your own counsel confirm how privacy law applies to your business. What we provide is practical guidance for the build.
If a funding program may cover part of the cost, that conversation happens alongside the plan. See funding your AI project.
